Postural Exercise
based on the Egoscue Method

The Egoscue name comes from its founder, Pete Egoscue a pioneer in postural therapy. He designed a systematic method as a way to understand and heal pain. The exercises are used to bring the body back to balance after a prior injury, repetitive use injuries, or postural dysfunction such as scoliosis. 


The exercises will involve a detailed postural assessment with in-house training and homework that is to be done daily to restore alignment and remove pain. Over time, the exercises will lead not only to diminished pain, but better sleep, energy levels, and mood. These exercises are usually prescribed in conjunction with all the other treatment modalities for best results.
